We want you to love your Oh Polly fit, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and Australian postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a store credit voucher, which includes a bonus top-up for your next purchase.

  Print and Post

  Download your prepaid Australia Post shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office or red street posting box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for our team to inspect the items and process your refund or credit.
